violin, cello, guitar rentals and moreWe have rentals! Some instruments can be hard to get your hands on (upright bass in particular). Also, many kid beginners will eventually outgrow their instrument (this is common with guitar, violin, or cello students, for example). Our rentals allow students to practice and learn on instruments of various sizes. Rentals are the first step many families take when beginning lessons. Its also a bridge if families are considering making a larger instrument investment at some point. Rentals are longer term solution as well – your instrument rental can be included in your lesson packages throughout the year. Many students who use this approach may opt for a rent-to-own option. Come check out what we have in stock at our Fishtown studio! We can make orders for instruments we don’t already have in-house.

Aside from our students, we also service the Philadelphia community at large. Our instrument rentals in Philadelphia are a local option for acquiring school band instruments in the Fishtown, Northern Liberties, Port Richmond, and East Kensington neighborhoods. Contact us to learn more about pricing and instrument types. We also rent amps and other equipment for your instrument needs.

Instrument Rental Example:

3 months up front at the trial rental discounted rate (varying rates depending on instrument)
After the first 3 months, you can continue on a monthly basis, or purchase the instrument at 50% off the list price. Your rental payments will go toward the purchase of the instrument.
